This policy applies to this website and to the messaging, email and scheduling this business operates. The business is operated by MJMPROMEDIA INC, 1007 N Federal Hwy #141, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean that entity.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us. Name, email address, mobile number and anything you type into a form or send us in a message.
• Scheduling information. When you book a call, the time you chose and any answers you gave on the booking form.
• Basic technical information. Standard server and browser information such as IP address and pages visited, used to keep the site working.

We do not ask for, and you should never send us, payment card numbers, government identification numbers or passwords.

How we use it

• To reply to you and to schedule and run the call you asked for.
• To send information related to the service you enquired about.
• To send text messages where you have specifically consented to receive them.
• To keep records of our own business activity.

Text messaging and mobile information

If you give consent, we may send you text messages about your enquiry, your appointment, or the service you asked about. Consent to receive text messages is collected separately and is never a condition of buying anything.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and messaging delivery, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, and this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, and HELP for help. Opting out of text messages does not remove you from email, and does not affect anything else we are doing for you.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers we use to run the business, and only so they can perform that function for us. That currently includes our customer relationship and messaging platform, our email and calendar provider, and our website host. Each of those providers is bound by its own agreement with us.

We may also disclose information where we are required to by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and client records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, and then delete them.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text message to stop text messages.
• Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to stop those emails.
• Email us to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it.

Children

This site and these services are for adults in business. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
