By using this website, booking a call, or engaging us for any service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site or engage the service.
We provide business advisory and educational services. That work is strategic and organizational in nature.
We are not attorneys, accountants, tax advisers, licensed financial advisers, or medical professionals, and nothing we provide is legal, tax, accounting, investment or medical advice. You are responsible for obtaining professional advice in those areas before acting. Where a real estate matter arises, that is a separate engagement under a separate brand and licence and is not covered by these terms.
We do not guarantee any specific financial or business outcome. Outcomes depend on your market, your team, your capital, your execution and factors outside anyone's control. Any figures, case descriptions or examples shared on this site or in an engagement are illustrative and are not a promise of what you will achieve.
Each engagement is defined by what we agree in writing before it starts, including scope, duration and meeting cadence. Anything outside that scope is a new engagement.
Sessions are booked through our scheduling system. Please give as much notice as you reasonably can if you need to move a session. Repeated missed sessions without notice may end an engagement.
Fees, payment schedule and any refund terms are stated in the written agreement for your engagement. Where a payment plan is agreed, the full amount remains payable. Fees are not published on this website and no pricing shown or implied anywhere else is binding.
We treat what you tell us about your business as confidential and do not disclose it, except to the service providers we use to run our own business, or where we are required to by law. We ask the same of you regarding our materials and methods.
The frameworks, written materials, templates, recordings and content we create remain our property. When you engage us, you get a licence to use what we deliver inside your own business. You may not resell it, publish it, teach it as your own, or use it to build a competing advisory product.
Everything on this website, including text, layout and graphics, is ours or used with permission and may not be copied or republished without consent.
By giving us your contact details you agree that we may contact you about your enquiry and your engagement. Text messaging requires your separate consent, which is collected on its own and is never a condition of purchasing anything. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, and HELP for help. How we handle your information, including mobile information, is set out in our Privacy Policy.
This site uses third-party services for scheduling, forms, messaging and hosting, and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of services and sites we do not control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue or lost business opportunity.
Either of us may end an engagement in writing. Fees already earned remain payable. We may decline or discontinue an engagement where continuing would be unlawful, unethical, or where the working relationship has broken down.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one posted here, with the date at the top. Continuing to use the site or the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
